广西农业节水机制发展探讨

近年来 ,广西农业节水灌溉建设蓬勃发展 ,节水机制改革力度加大 ,取得较大成绩。根据全区农业节水的发展情况 ,对农业节水机制进行分析总结 ,找出节水机制存在的问题 ,提出今后工作的建议。

The agriculture water saving irrigation construction develops quickly for recent years in Guangxi, water saving mechanism reform is being strengthened and has made much achievement. According to the agriculture water saving development condition in Guangxi, water saving mechanism was analyzed and summarized here, and the existing problems and proposals were pointed out.
