摘要
该文分析了重视铝电关系的原因 ;并对从宏观、微观上处理铝电关系提出了具体意见 ;还对处理我国铝电关系提出了三条建议。
This essay makes a discussion about the reasons of attaching importance to Aluminum-Electric relation. The author gives us some advice on how to deal with the Aluminum-Electric relation both macroscopically and microcosmically. In addition, three suggestions are presented here.
