A Probe into the Practice by Different Lvrels of Standard Chinese in Non-normal Universities

21世纪是一个以知识为主导资本、信息为主导资源的崭新时代 ,新的社会需求使人们对语言能力有了新的认识。该文结合时代对人的语言素质的要求和浙江方言区非师范院校学生的普通话实际情况 ,探讨了普通话训练要以语音层级为主 ,兼顾词汇和语法层级 ,精心设计训练方式 ,培养和提高大学生的语言意识和语言能力。

The 21st century is a new era in which knowledge is the dominant capital and information is the leading resource. New social demands make people have new cognition of language ability. According to what new era asks for langnage quality and present situation of students' standard chinese in non-normal universities in the area of Zhejiang dialect, the paper probes it into that practising standard chinese should mainly depend on phonetic levels, give consideration to both vocabulary and grammatical levels, carefully design the way of practice, develop and improve students' language consiciousness and ability.
