Complementation Each Other-the Realization of Learning Mr. Jiang Zemin's New Thought-Rule by Law and Rule of Virtue Are Both Important

该文认为江泽民同志提出法治与德治并重的新理念 ,是对马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论的创新与发展 ,也是以江泽民同志为核心的第三代领导集体对治国方略的重大提升。作者结合自身技术监督工作的实践 ,谈了执法人员在工作中坚持法治与德治并重的体会。

The author in the paper thinks that the new thought-rule by law and rule of virtue are both important-which Chairman Jiang Zemin put forward is the creation and development of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, and is the promotion of governing policy which the third leading group with the core of Jiang Zemin adopts. The author introduces his personal experience when law-executors stick to the fact that rule by law and rule of virtue are both important, according to his work on technological supervision.
