A novel mobile clustering algorithm and a cluster maintenance strategy are presented, which make use of less control overhead to acquire the network control structure rapidly and adapt to any topological change, thus sustaining the mobility perfectly and maintaining the stability and robustness of the network architecture, which has been proved by simulation results.
