C_(60)双分子层膜的电荷传输过程的研究(英文)

摘要 本文通过对介电常数ε的计算研究了 C6 0 修饰的固体支撑双分子层膜 (s- BL M) ,并与未修饰的 s-BL M的特性进行了比较。研究表明 ,C6 0 修饰的 s- BL M的介电常数 ε=5 .1(在光激发条件下达到 5 .5 ) ,远大于未修饰的 s- BL M的介电常数 (ε=2 .4) ,甚至超过了 C6 0 固体的介电常数。此时 ,C6 0 修饰的 s- BL M对 I-的检测灵敏度提高约 2个数量级。并对其机制进行了分析。分析表明处于超分子结构的双层有序构型的 BL M膜中的 C6 0 是一种良好的。 The electrical and photoinduced properties of fullerene modified supported bilayer lipid membrane (s BLM) were studied.Dielectric constant ε,as a fundamental parameter for describing the properties of dielectric was applied into BLM system.The dielectric constant of unmodified s BLM was ε=2.4.The dielectric constant of BLM was increased by ε=5.1 due to the modification of C 60 ,even larger than that of C 60 solid.It was noted that the photoinduced dielectric constant of C 60 modified s BLM was increased by ε=5.5.The detection sensitivity to I - was greatly increased.This implied that the behavior of C 60 in the fluid like supramolecular structures of bilayer membrane was much different from that in the usual environment.It indicate that fullerene has the great potential of being a high sensitive sensor material.
