摘要
本文用 Monte Carlo法 ,研究了电场、温度和带电中心对薄膜电致发光器件中电子输运过程的影响。随着电场的增加以及温度和带电中心浓度的降低 。
The process of electron transport for a thin film electroluminescent devices (TFELD) is studied under different electric field strength, temperature and charged center concentration through Monte Carlo method. It is shown that the acceleration effect of electron will be remarkable when electric field strength is rising and temperature or charged center concentration is decreasing.
