我国民法中有关监护机构的规定及其完善

监护制度是民法上的一项重要法律制度 ,监护机构即行使监护职能的人或组织是其重要内容之一。设立一套完备的监护机关是实现监护制度立法目的的组织保障。我国现行相关立法虽然对此做出了规定但仍需加以完善。
