摘要
介绍了红外无损检测的原理。根据导热微分方程和样品的初始条件和边界条件 ,用数学分析和计算机模拟两种手段 ,计算水泥样品有缺陷区域和无缺陷区域的表面温度。并根据有缺陷区域的表面温度随时间变化的特性 。
The paper describes the fundamental principles of infrared nondestructive testing.The surface temperature difference between the flawed and the flawess regions calculated by heat conduction equation,the initial condition and boundary conditions of specimen through numerical compution and imitation of computer.Determine the depth of defect by analysing the surface temperature of flawed region versus heating time.
