This paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of postal communication system and broadcasting & television information network,brings forward a solution to construct flexible,fast and cheap wirless network with the combination of new communication technology and MMDS technology in broadcasting&television field to satisfy the demand of people communicating with others and receiving global information, images, data and voice at any time and any place. Moreover, this kind of network has some other special features, such as trunk communication.
