黑龙江省粮食生产波动性分析

ANALYZING THE FLUCTUATING OF PUREYANCE PRODUCTIONIN HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE

应用粮食生产波动性测定方法对黑龙江省80年代后期与90年代前期的粮食波动性进行了测定，并同全国水平进行了对比，指出了黑龙江省粮食生产波动性趋缓，但仍高于全国水平。在分析了黑龙江省主要粮食品种产量波动性的基础上，探讨了黑龙江省粮食生产波动的形成机理，提出了弱化该地区粮食生产波动的措施。

In the paper the fluctuating mensuration of purveyance production was applied to detect the fluctuating of purveyance production in Heilongjiang province during 80 years later period and 90 years early days, contrasted it to the countrywide standard, and stated that the fluctuating of Heilongjiang province purveyance production is higher than that of the countrywide standard. On the base of analyzing the output fluctuating of Heilongjiang province main purveyance breed, the forming mechanism of fluctuating in Heilongjiang province was probed, and gave the measures to cut down the fluctuating of the purveyance production in this area.
