摘要
介绍了合成喷的基本原理 ,并分析了压电驱动合成喷设计的基本思路和关键点。对喷的两个重要部件:压电驱动器和腔体的尺寸设计作了分析和说明。讨论了合成喷的电输入参数 ,选择 并实验研究了驱动器的相关特性。分析认为:压电驱动合成喷的尺寸设计应使, h, m和腔体体积 V较小,而电输入则应选择为较高电压,频率为驱动器谐振基频的方波输入。
Basic principles of synthetic jet are introduced and key points of its design are pointed out.The design of two important parts: piezoelectric actuator and cavity is analyzed, the optimization of input parameters are discussed and experimentally investigated. The results show that: small , h,m and V is good for size choice of synthetic jet, electrical input with its parameters as higher voltage, basic reso- nance frequency, square wave is the most efficient input for work of synthetic jet.
