摘要
在对液固态铜合金、铸钢的流变性能测试的基础上 ,结合他人在铝合金流变性能方面的研究成果 ,通过对上述 3种合金在液固态共存温度范围内的流变性能的综合分析 ,建立了液固态合金流变性能的统一机械模型和本构方程 ,分析了温度变化过程中合金的流变参数变化的规律。
The united mechanical model and constitutive equation were established through comprehensive analysis of the rheological properties of the Cu alloy, cast steel and Al alloy in liquid solid co existing temperature range on the basis of test for the rheological properties of cast steel and Cu alloy in liquid solid state, combining with other people's achievements in the rheological properties of Al alloys. The law of rheological parameters varying with temperature change was analyzed. The characteristics of rheological properties of alloy in liquid solid state from the micro view point was analyzed
