摘要
采用辅助阳极法来改善电解孔加工过程中侧面间隙电场的分布。模拟计算和加工试验表明 ,辅助阳极可以显著减弱孔侧面间隙区域的电场强度 ,从而有效地抑制发生在侧壁的杂散腐蚀 ,减小孔锥度 。
The paper presents a method of improving machining accuracy in electrochemical machining by using a dual pole tool. The simulation and experiment result indicate that the dual pole tool weakens the electric field at the side wall of the machined hole and hence leads to the reduction of hole taper and the improvement of the machining accuracy.
