玻璃器皿成型工艺对模具材料性能的要求非常苛刻 ,目前常用的模具材料在周而复始的急冷、急热工况条件下 ,很快损坏。为此研制出适合玻璃器皿冲模表面强化的自熔性合金粉末材料 。

The demand of forming technology of the glassware on the performance of mould material is very critical, the current commonly used mould material is easily destroyed in the repeated quick cooling and heating process.Thermal spraying (welding) is a new surface treatment technique.The purpose of this research is to develop self melting alloy powder material that strengthens the surface of the glassware die, and also to upgrade the life of mould with thermal spraying technique.
