摘要
本文应用自行研制的转盘式橡胶轮磨料磨损试验机对不同成分高铬白口铸铁抗磨特性进行了系统的分析研究。结果表明,虽然对高铬白口铸铁进行合金化和变质处理是提高其铸态耐磨性的一个主要工艺方法,但其合金加入量不宜过多。联合采用合金化和变质处理能取得更好的效果。
The wear resistance of the high Chromium white cast iron with different composition has been analysed and studied systematicaly by the aid of the turntable rubber wheel abusive abrasion tester resulting in that alloying and modifying should be an important technological method to increase wear resistance of High Chromium White Cast Iron as cast though the quantity of the alloying elements should not be added to an extra extent while the use of integration of alloying and modifying would be better.
