摘要
本文系统总结了中国古代的金银鉴定检测技术 ,包括 :比重测定 ;权衡金银所用的砝码天平 ;利用矿物形态识别自然金 ;利用颜色确定金中的含银比例 ;利用合金性能来鉴别金和银中的杂质元素 ;采用硬度测定法区别黄金的真伪 ;采用金银分离技术提高金的质量和鉴定金的成色 ;采用银的精炼技术提高银的质量和鉴定银的成色 ;采用试金石法鉴定金的纯度和区别金与黄银 (银金矿 ) ;采用氧化法区别金的真伪 ;采用焰色试验法辨别真金与“药金”。在重量测定的单位上 ,发现古代中国的“两”与古希伯莱人的“谢克尔”(Shekel)相差无几 。
The techniques of determination and appraisal for gold and silver in ancient China are introduced systematically.The main content includes:(1)specific gravities of gold and silver,(2)troy weight,(3)mineral morphology,(4)the relation of Ag content and gold color,(5)the relationship of alloy properties with impurity elements,(6)hardness determination method,(7)the techniques of the separation and the relative purity of gold or silver,(8)touchstone method,(9)oxidization test,(10)flame test.Concerning the standard unit of measure,it has been found that there is not much difference between the Hebrew“Shekel”(about16 4g)and China's“liang”(about 16 08g)at ancient times.
