摘要
分析了凸缘圆形件成形的工艺方案 ,介绍了能在普通冲床上实现落料 拉深 冲孔复合模的模具结构 ,并提出了关键零件的设计及使用效果。
The paper analyzes the technology of circular parts with flange and introduces the compound die structure which can carry out blanking, drawing and punching on common punch. At last the design and effects are also put forward.
