后制动器底板冲压工艺及模具设计

Stamping Technology and Die Design of Rear Brake Bottom-Blank

文中对后制动器底板零件作了冲压成形工艺分析 ,并从冷冲压变形理论解决了凸台处的裂纹问题 ,提出一种合理的成形模具。

The forming technology of rear brake bottom blank is analyzed in this paper. The crack of convex is also solved according to forming theory. At last a reasonable mould is put forward.
