通过理论与实践分析 ,提出了编制IS3 2 70球墨铸铁接力器缸铸造工艺的指导原则 ;据此确定铸造工艺方案 ,编制铸造工艺图卡和生产要点 ;总结了该铸件研制的经验 ;在此基础上得出生产球墨铸铁接力器缸。

Through theoretical and practical analyse, the casting technique principle on relay cylinder of ductile iron was advanced. Based on this casting process and key points of production was complied, and the production result was described. So me conclusions was made on the production of relay cylinder and hydraulie castings in ductile iron.
