摘要
21世纪是知识经济时代。文章分析了发展知识经济的必要条件 ,针对我国发展知识经济基础比较薄弱的情况 ,指出适应世界经济发展潮流 。
The 21st century is a time of intellecture economy. The article has analyzed the essential conditions of intellecture development. By incorporating the present situation in China , quicking Chinese urbanization is presented in this paper.
