试论市场经济下的思想道德建设

Comment on the Construction of Thought and Morality in Market Economy

在市场经济逐步建立的过程中 ,人们的道德价值观念发生了深刻变化 ,使得我国现阶段在思想道德建设中面临诸多矛盾。为此笔者提出 ,在市场经济发展过程中要加强道德建设 ,应从理论教育的务实性和基础性、实践环节的身教重于言教和自我修养。

With market economy being progressively built, people's moral viewpoints have profound change, which results in lots of contradictions in the construction of thought and morality during the present stage of our country. So the author puts forward that, in order to strengthen the construction of morality, we must do our work from the following aspects: 1) practicability, foundation, and practical link of theory education, 2) more importance in behavior than in instructing, and self cultivating, 3) leading function and reward mechanism of appraise system, and etc.
