An Exploration on the Distribution Problem in Agricultural Production Management

利益分配问题是农业产业化经营的核心问题。目前 ,我国在农业产业化经营中主要出现了买断型、保护型、服务型、返利型、合作型等五种利益分配模式 ,多数地方的利益分配模式与农业产业化经营的根本要求不相适应。因此 ,我们必须坚持农业产业化发展阶段 ,让农民合理得利、壮大龙头企业等利益分配原则 ,健全利益分配所需要的保证体系 ,即组织保证、制度保证、非市场安排。

Profits distribution is the main problem in agricultural production management. Five profits are as follows: buying out , protection , service, returning profits as well as cooperation. These methods in most places do not adapt to the requirement of the agricultural production management. Therefore, we must obey the developing phase of the agricultural production management and make peasants get a part reasonable part of the profits;The dragon head enterprises should be enlarged. It is important to set up a assurance system needed for the profits distribution. Those factors are organization assurance, system assurance ,non market controlled profit distribution, mechanism assurance and management restriction mechanism assurance.
