摘要
近年来 ,我国民办教育有了长足的发展 ,已成为我国教育体制中的一个重要组成部分。本文在简略回顾 1949年以来 ,特别是党的十一届三中全会以来我国民办教育发展历程的基础上 ,针对民办教育经费和与民办教育密切相关的多项指标 ,就全国及各省区民办教育的发展和现状进行横向和纵向的比较研究 ,进而总结、分析了我国民办教育发展的基本规律。
Based on a brief reviewing of the development of non-government schools since 1949 in China, the thesis compares some major developing targets and analyses deeply in the reasons which led the differences among the provinces and municipalities. Then we would try to explore the basic rules, the experiences and the problems which may existent in developing non-government schools.
