企业文化在现代企业管理中起着越来越重要的作用。本文从企业管理理论的发展趋势入手 ,分析了目前小型国有企业的文化建设现状 ,指出了小型国有企业文化建设的方向 。

The role that enterprise civilization plays in modern enterprise management is becoming more and more important. This paper, starting with the developing trend of enterprise management theories, analyses the present conditions of civilization in small state-run enterprises and provides ways and methods for the building up of civilization in such enterprises.
