The paper interpret mainly the basic contents of FMIS and enthrone EXCEL software as the most convenient and ideal design platform and tool to design and maintain FMIS directly for users. In the design of FMIS, users can make use of physical model imitation methods without establishing model base, function base and database to express the theories and contents of three intuitively and organically integrate in the EXCEL sheets. Then the papers introduce the basic design methods based on EXCEL in terms of investment decision model design.
