文化与企业管理的关系密不可分 ,我国传统文化对现代企业管理的影响也是全方位的。通过对我国传统文化的剖析 ,揭示了文化在企业管理中的作用 ,并指出了新时期我国文化建设的思路。

The relationship between culture and enterprise management is so close that the influences of our traditional culture on modern enterprise management are all-around. By analysing our traditional culture, this thesis points out culture's functions in enterprise management and makes some suggestions on the construction of domestic corporation culture in the new period.
