Opinion on the Pattern of Running a Collegiate Journal in Our Country

本文通过对国内高校学报办刊模式研究中各种观点、主张进行分析 ,指出这些观点、主张存在的研究缺陷、理论误区。倡导对高校学报办刊模式的相关研究 ,应立足于我国高等教育发展的客观实际 ,从方针政策、法规条例上 ,为高校学报的发展提供科学的制度保证和坚实的物质基础。促使高校学报在市场经济条件下 ,能够按“非经营性出版刊物”的发展规律健康成长。

After analysing different views and opinions on the pattern of running a collegiate Journal in our country,their inadequacy and misunderstanding are pointed out.Upon the author′s humble opinion,the relevant studies should be based on the objective reality of the development of our higher educaton.Scientific institutional quarantee and solidly material base should be offered from general and specific policies,law and regulation.Thus collegiate Journals can be grown up heathy and sound according to the developrcent rule of“non-profit publication”under the condition of market economy.
