Theoretic Sources of,and Basic Approaches,to the Western Development

本文论述了西部大开发与邓小平理论的内在逻辑联系 ,认为邓小平“两个大局”和共同富裕思想是西部大开发的理论渊源 ,党中央的决策是西部大开发的政策保证。

This article discusses the organic relationship between China's West Development project and Deng Xiaoping's theory.It is argued that developing the West is the realistic embodiment of Deng Xiaoping' ideas of 'two major situations' and 'common prosperity'.It is also pointed out in the article that the Western Development project is guaranteed by the government's policy.The article further proposes some basic approaches to implementing the project under new situations.
