止喘胶囊对大鼠哮喘模型气道壁胶原和纤维连接蛋白沉积的影响

Effect of ZHiChuan Capsule on Deposition of Collagen and Fibronectin in Airway Wall in Rat with Asthma Models

目的 :观察止喘胶囊对哮喘模型大鼠气道壁胶原、纤维连接蛋白含量及气道壁厚度的影响。方法 :造模后用胶原染色、纤维连接蛋白 (Fn)免疫组化、图像分析等方法分别检测各组肺组织切片气道壁胶原、Fn含量和气道腔直径、面积。结果 :止喘胶囊组气道壁胶原、Fn含量明显低于模型组 ,气道内腔直径、面积明显大于模型组。结论 :止喘胶囊可能具有抑制哮喘模型大鼠气道壁胶原和Fn沉积 ,防止气道增厚 。

Objective:An observation the effect of ZhiChuan Capsule on deposition of collagen and fibronectin in airway wall in rat with asthma models.Method:we established rat asthma models,Collagen staining,fibronectin(Fn)histochemistrial staining and a computer assisted image analysis system were used to examine collagen and Fn level in airway wall,inside/outside airway diameter ratio and area ration.Result:showed that in ZCC groups the content of collagen amd Fn in airway wall were significantly lower than those in the model control group ( P <0 01),in contrast,the inside/outside airway diameter ratio and area ratio were markedly higher than those in the model control group( P <0 01, P <0 05).Conclusion:ZCC was able decrease the deposition of collagen and fibronectin in airway wall,and inhibited airway remodeling.
