FHIT基因与子宫颈癌
摘要
定位于染色体 3p14.2的 FHIT基因是 1996年克隆的侯选抑癌基因。该基因包含脆性位点FRA3B和 t( 3;8)异位断裂位点。编码蛋白质具有 Ap3A水解酶。在子宫颈癌和其他肿瘤中 ,多有其缺失及基因异常。
