摘要
产前应用糖皮质激素预防早产儿呼吸窘迫已在临床上广泛应用 ,其降低新生儿死亡率 ,减少脑室内出血和降低其他发病率的作用十分显著。但产前反复给予皮质激素可能会影响胎儿中枢神经系统的发育 。
