缺氧缺血性脑损伤对学习记忆的影响及其机制研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 海马尤其是 CA1区对缺氧缺血特别敏感 ,而海马是学习记忆的关键部位 ,海马 L TP是记忆形成的基础之一。缺氧缺血性脑损伤引起的神经细胞代谢障碍、脑血流异常、兴奋性氨基酸的神经毒及氧自由基损伤等一系列病理生理改变导致中枢神经系统的结构破坏以及缺氧缺血对海马LTP的诱导和维持产生影响 。
