摘要
目的 探讨经胆道镜激光碎石取石时盐水灌注对人体血电解质及渗透压的影响。方法 对 76例经胆道镜激光碎石取石患者术前、术后即刻及术后 3h的电解质和渗透压进行前瞻性研究 ,并进行统计学分析处理。结果 术前、术后电解质及渗透压无明显改变 (均P >0 .0 5 ) ,取石时间与渗透压的变化无明显相关性。结论 经胆道镜激光碎石取石时盐水灌注不会导致水中毒及电解质平衡紊乱。
Objective To investigate the effect of perfusion on electrolytes and osmotic pressure in laser cholithotripsy by choledochofiberscope.Methods Prospective survey was performed in 76 cases who received laser cholithotripsy and we surveyed the changes of electrolytes and osmotic pressure in preoperation, immediately after operation and 3 hours after operation. The results were analyzed by statistics.Results No significant differences were observed in electrolytes and osmotic pressure between preoperational and postoperational periods(every P>0.05).The time of calculi extraction is not related to the change of osmotic pressure.Conclusions Water intoxication and electrolyte balance disorder are not caused by saline perfusion in laser cholithotripsy.
