摘要
随着MRI设备的更新和软件技术的发展 ,乳腺MRI在乳腺肿瘤诊断、治疗等方面都有其独特的实用价值。MRI诊断乳腺肿瘤的准确率大大提高 ,对可疑病灶能在MRI引导下行穿刺活检。乳腺MRI可为手术治疗 ,尤其是保留乳房的手术治疗提供理想的影像学支持 ;此外MRI可对乳腺肿瘤行导向治疗。乳腺MRI亦可评价肿瘤手术治疗、放疗、化疗的治疗效果。
Breast MRI has specical clinical values in diagnosis and treatment of breast tumor along with the update of MRI equipment and the developments of software technique.Breast MRI has a very high accuracy in diagnosing breast lesions,moreover,suspicious lesions can be diagnosed by MRI guided puncture.MRI for breast can provide information for surgery especially for conservative surgery.Furthermore,MRI guided treatment can treat breast tumor.The effects of operation,radiotherapy and chemotherapy could be evaluated by MRI in breast tumor.
