小剂量GARD治疗骨髓增生异常综合征疗效观察

Therapeutic Obervations on the Treatment of Abnormal Bone Marrow Hyperplasia Syndrome with Low Dosage of GARD

目的 :为进一步提高骨髓增生异常综合征 (MDS)的治疗效果。方法 :采用小剂量联合诱导剂(GARD)治疗 MDS18例 ,其中 RA7例 ,RAS1例 ,RAEB8例 ,RAEBT1例及 MDS- RAEBT转化 Msb1例。结果 :显效 8例 (4 4 .4 % ) ,总有效率 78%。结论 :疗效似高于单独应用维甲酸、小剂量阿糖胞苷及阿克拉霉素 ,且无任何毒副反应 ,是治疗 MDS较好的方法。

Objective:To improve the theapeutic efficacy of the treatment of abnormal bone marrow hyperplasia syndrome.Methods:18 MDS cases were treated with low dosage of GARD,G CSF 75-100ug/d,Aklavin 3-5mg/d,Retinoic acid 30mg/d.Results:8 cases were significant effective(44.4%).The total effective rate was 78%.Conclusions:The combined use of GARD was better than single use of the drugs with fewer side effects.
