胃十二指肠疾病的超声诊断价值研究

Study ultrasonic diagnosis' worth of gastropathy and duodenal disease

目的:探讨胃十二指肠疾病的超声诊断价值。方法:对629例经超声诊断的胃十二指肠疾病进行了分析研究。结果:炎症性病变占63.91％,肿瘤占15.26％,溃疡占11.61％,梗阻性病变占2.38％,其它占6.84％,总阳性率72.21％。结论:超声是诊断胃十二指肠疾病的重要方法。

Objective: Inquire into ultrasonic diagnosis' (UD) worth of gastropathy and duodenal disease (GDD). Methods: Detailed analysis and research was conducted in 629 cases who were diagnosed. GDD by ultrasonic. Result: Inflammatory pathologic change (63. 91% ), cancer ( 15. 2% ), uleer (11. 61 %), obstructive patholgic change (2. 38%), the other cases (6. 84%). The total effective rate was 72. 21%. Conclusions. Ultrasonography was a important method which diagnosed gastropathy and duodenum diseases.
