胰腺癌微血管密度及血管内皮生长因子表达 被引量:2

CORRELATION OF NEW VASCULAR DENSITY AND EXPRESSION OF VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTOR IN PANCREATIC CANCER

摘要 目的 探讨胰腺癌组织中微血管密度 (MVD)和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学法及形态半定量方法对 31例胰腺癌和 7例正常胰腺组织进行MVD记数和VEGF表达检测。结果 胰腺癌组织中MVD记数、VEGF表达率分别为 11.0 5± 4.6 2、83% ,明显高于癌旁组织 5 .40± 1.71、2 0 %和正常胰腺组 6 .19± 1.5 6、14% (P <0 .0 1) ;淋巴结转移组MVD记数 ,VEGF表达分别为 13.0 0± 4.45、2 .0 0± 0 .95 ,明显高于无转移组 9.46±4.15、1.0 5± 0 .17和正常胰腺组 6 .19± 1.5 6、0 .14± 0 .38(P <0 .0 1)。MVD与VEGF表达呈正相关 (r =0 .418,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 MVD、VEGF表达高低可作为判断胰腺癌淋巴结转移、预后的指标。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between microvessel density(MVD)and expression of vascurlar endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in pancreatic cancer metastasis.Methods Immunohistochemistry method and morphological semiquantitative analysis were used to detect the quantity of MVD and expression of VEGF in 31 cases of pancereatic cancer and 7 normal pancreas tissue specimen.Results The MVD count and VEGF expresson of the pancreatic cancer were 11.5±4.62,83% higher than that the at pericancerous tissue 5.04±1.71,20% and normal pancreatic tissue 6.19±1.56,14%(P<0.01).But the date of the lymph nodes metastasis group were 13±4.45,2.00±0.95,which were significant higher than that of the non metastasis groups 9.46±4.15,1.05±0.17 and the normal control group 6.19±1.56,0.14±0.38(P<0.01).The expression of VEGF was closely related with the increased MVD (r=0.418,R<0.05),ie MVD.Conclusion The MVD and VEGF expression were higher in pancreatic cancer.Therefore, MVD and VEGF may be used to evaluate lymph nodes metastasis and the prognosis of panereatic cancer.
