重症胰腺炎的综合治疗经验

THE EXPERIENCE OF SEREVE PANCREATITIS

目的 总结重症胰腺炎临床治疗效果。方法 资料来源于 1996年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 6月本科收治 5 0例重症胰腺炎 ,在治疗上分两个阶段 ,第一阶段 1996年 1月～ 1997年 12月以手术治疗为主 (手术组 ) 2 6例 ,第二阶段 1998年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 6月以综合治疗配合CT动态观察下非手术为主 (保守组 ) 2 4例。结果 手术组 :治愈 2 2例 ,死亡 4例 ,治愈率 84.6 % ;保守组 :治愈 2 3例 ,死亡 1例 ,治愈率 95 .8%。结论 ①早期手术未能降低病死率 ;②以非手术为主综合治疗措施能提高重症胰腺炎治疗效果。

Objective To summarize the effectivity of clinical tretment for sereve pancreatits.Methods The data of 50 cases of sereve pancreatits being treated in our deparment from Jan.1996 of Jun.2000 were divided into two stages.26 patients underwent operation from Jan.1996 to Dec.1997 Were in the first stage(operative group).24 patients underwent combining treatment fdaiang dynamic CT observation from Jan.1998 to Jun.2000.were be take in second stage (conservative group).Results There were 22 patients cured and 4 died in operative group.The survive rate 84.6%.There were 23 patients.Cured and one died in conservative group most of non-operative treament survive rate 95.8%.Conclusion ① early operation can't decrease the mortality of severe pancreatitis.② Combining treament can increase the curative effect of seveve pancreatitis and may be the best may to treat severe pancreatitis at presen.
