全蝎蝎毒蛋白的提取工艺研究

Technics Extracting Dinogunellin of Buthus Martensii Karsch

以蝎毒蛋白的含量为指标 ,用紫外分光光度法测定其含量 ,研究全蝎水煎煮、乙醇回流两种不同的提取工艺 ,采用正交设计法进行提取工艺条件的筛选 ,比较两种不同工艺各自最佳提取工艺条件 ,结果最佳的工艺条件为每次用 4倍量 (指药材量的倍量 ) 50 %的乙醇回流提取 30min ,反复提取 3次。

This paper taking content of dinogunellin of Buthus marthensii Karsch as index and mensurating it by the ultreviolet spectogtaphy ,studied technis of Buthus martensii Karsch extracted by decocting in water and Regurgitating in Alcohol,both of which were screened by the orthogonal design.Comparing the best technical condition in two-extraction methods respectively,finally,the best one was found,this is:50%alcohol with four times of dodage of material drug regurgitated 30 minutes every time,three times again.
