中药活血化瘀法治疗肾病综合征血液高凝状态36例

36 Cases of Treating High Blood Coagulation in Nephrotic Syndrome with Blood-Quickening and Stasis-Dispersing Chinese Herbs

目的 :探讨中药活血化瘀法对肾病综合征患者血液高凝状态的影响。方法 :治疗组采用自拟桃红活血汤加常规激素治疗 ,对照组采用肝素加常规激素治疗。结果 :两组均可显著纠正患者血液高凝状态 ,且治疗组未发现明显副作用 ,而对照组则有部分患者出现出血等副作用。结论 :中药活血化瘀法可纠正肾病综合征患者血液高凝状态且无明显副作用 ,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the blood-quickening and stasis-dispersing effect of Chinese herbs on high blood coagulation in nephrotic syndrome. Method The treatment group are treated with TAOHONG Blood-Quickening Decoction and routine hormone, and the control group heparin and routine hormone. Result Both methods can obviously regulate the high blood coagulating state except that side effects like bleeding are found in some cases in the control group. Conclusion The blood-quickening and stasis-dispersing effect of Chinese herbs can obviously regulate the high blood coagulating state without apparent side effects and such herbs are worth popularizing and applying.
