p16蛋白在前列腺癌和前列腺非典型增生中的相关性研究

摘要 目的 :研究抑癌基因p16蛋白在前列腺癌及前列腺非典型增生中的表达。方法 :采用免疫组化 (S P法 )对70例前列腺癌、10例前列腺正常组织、2 0例前列腺增生症、40例前列腺非典型增生及 30例前列腺癌旁前列腺非典型增生组织进行p16蛋白的免疫组化检测。结果 :70例前列腺癌中有 31例为阳性反应 ( 45 % ) ,10例正常前列腺组织及 2 0例前列腺增生症均表达 ,40例前列腺非典型增生中 2 8例呈阳性反应 ( 70 % ) ,30例前列腺癌旁前列腺非典型增生组织中有 2 1例呈阳性反应 ( 70 % )。p16蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达明显低于前列腺非典型增生和前列腺癌旁的非典型增生。结论 :抑癌基因p16蛋白在前列腺癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。 Objective: To study the expression of p16 gene in prostatic carcinoma and dysplasia.Methods: Immunohistochemistry (S P) assay was carried out,immunohistochemical detection of p16 protein in 70 cases prostatic carcinoma,10 cases normal prostatic tissues and 20 cases prostatic hyperplasia,40 cases prostatic dysplasia and 30 cases prostatic dysplasia adjacent to prostatic carcinoma.Results: 31 cases showed positive staining of p16 protein (45%) in 70 cases prostatic carcinoma,all cases showed positive staining of p16 protein in 10 cases normal prostatic tissues and 20 cases prostatic hyperplasia.28 cases showed postive staining of p16 protein(70%) in 40 cases prostatic dysplasia.21 cases showed positive staining of p16 protein(70%) in 30 cases prostatic dysplasia adjacent to prostatic carcinoma, the expression level of p16 protein in prostatic carcinoma is markedly lower than that of dysplasia and prostatic dysplasia adjacent to prostatic carcinoma.Conclusion: p16 gene play an important role in carcinogenesis and development of prostatic.
