河南省农村卫生机构人力适宜配备研究

Study on the proper distrabution of workforce in rural health institutes in Henan Province

目的 :为河南省农村卫生机构人力适宜配备提供参考。方法 :对河南省 64个卫生人力开发项目县及六个不同类型典型县的调查资料分析 ,结合全国及其他省份资料 ,采用卫生服务需要法、卫生服务需求法及专家咨询法综合研究。结果 :提出 10万人口各类卫生机构人员数、床位数以及卫生人力专业结构和学历结构适宜配备建议。结论 :应根据具体情况 ,采用适宜方法 。

Objective: Toprovide evidenuces for workforce in rural health institutes in Henan Province.Methods: Aualisyed the investigative data on 64 counties and another 6 counties with different states with the methods of health service needs and demands and the Delphi's method.Results: Put forward the numbers of different kinds of the health institutes among people,and numbers of beds,and the suggestions of health workforce structures and education structures.Conclusion: According to the actual states,adopt proper methods and give special consideration on the distribution of health workforce.
