假性甲状旁腺功能减退症的颅内CT表现

目的 探讨假性甲状帝腺功能减退症的颅内CT表现及共诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析4例经实验室和临床确诊假性甲状旁腺功能减退症的颅内CT资料从临床资料 结果 头部CT平扫显示两侧大脑半球皮层下区和基底节区广泛散在小斑片高密度钙化灶,CT值78～216Hu,其中大脑基底节钙化以壳核钙化最早、范围最广和程度最重,典型者旱“倒八字”征;大脑皮层下区钙化主要位于额顶叶,呈大致对称多个小斑片状或小弧形高密度影,周边伴有“星(?)状阴影,我们称之为“星火样”钙化 结论 CT能正确反映本病颅内钙化部位、范围和程度,壳核“倒八字”样钙化和人脑皮层上区对称性“星火样”钙化是重要影像特征,对了解病变程度。

To study CT Findings and significance oi tlie manifestation of pseudo parathyroidism.Methods CT findings of 4 patients with pseudo parathyroidrsin were reviewed respectively. Results Calcification spots scattering extensively in the bilateral subeorlical region and basal ganglia were found on CT. The lesions at basal ganglion were showed as inveres butterfly tail shape. Calcification oi putumen appeared al first. Calcification at sub-cortical region present as star-like shape and was distributed in frontal and parietal lobe. Conclusion CT could show calcifieation of pseudo parathyroidism. which has specific shape
