黄蘑多糖的辐射防护作用及其机理的初步探讨 被引量:24

摘要 本文研究了黄蘑多糖的辐射防护作用及其对受照小鼠肝脏组织中LPO含量及SOD、GSH -PX 和CAT活性的影响。结果表明 ,黄蘑多糖可明显提高受致死剂量照射小鼠的 30d存活率 (P <0 0 5 ) ,延长存活天数 ,保护指数可达 1 32 ,并且 ,黄蘑多糖的这种辐射防护效果与有效的辐射防护药物人参多糖相似。进一步研究发现 ,小鼠经 8 0GyX射线照射后 72h ,黄蘑多糖能明显降低受照小鼠肝脏中LPO含量 (P <0 0 1) ,且显著增强其SOD、GSH -PX 和CAT活性 (P <0 0 5 )。提示 ,黄蘑多糖具有明显的辐射防护作用 ,且可与人参多糖相比。其作用机理与促进自由基清除 ,抑制或阻断自由基引发的脂质过氧化反应 。 The radioprotective effect of polysaccharides of Huangmo (PSH) and its effects on LPO content and SOD、GSH-P X and CAT activities of liver in irradiated mice were studied.The results showed that the 30-day survival rate of mice after 8.0 Gy X-ray irradiation increased significantly when the mice were injected with PSH before irradiation,and the survival days were delayed,the protection index was 1.32.Meanwhile,the effect of PSH was similar to polysaccharides of Ginseng (PSG).We in our further study found that PSH lowered LPO content in the liver of mice 72h after 8.0 Gy X-irradiation,and increased the activities of SOD、GSH-P and CAT.The results suggest that PSH has an obvious radioprotective effect,and its possible mechanism is that PSH may be a scavenger of free radicals,and can suppress or stop the reactions of lipid peroxidation.
