摘要
目的 :通过再生神经的特征进行组织学和图像分析对比找出一个使周围神经缺损自行修复的最佳间隙。方法 :将大鼠双侧坐骨神经外露于 10倍显微镜下 ,实验侧部分切除坐骨神经后留有 3 .0、5 .0、7.0和 10 .0mm的间隙用预制的动脉套接坐骨神经两端 ,对照侧坐骨神经切断后直接吻合 ,8周后各组行组织学和图像分析对比。结果 3 .0、5 .0mm小间隙神经再生最好 ,7.0mm再生差 ,而 10 .0mm再生神经没达到远端。结论 :3 .0~ 5 .0mm小间隙有利于周围神经再生。
Objective: An experiment has been designed to bridge peripheral nerve defect for investigation of the opitimal gap length for nerve fiber regeneration in repairing transceted nerves and the characteristics of nerve regeneration contrast to histology and picture analysis.Methods: A series of 40 Wister rats was randomly divided into 4 groups .The sciatic nerves of the rats were divided on both sides.On the experimental side,the sciatic nerve were resected to gaps of 3,5,7,and 10mm wide respectively,and then,the sciatic nerves of the experimental sides were tubed into prefabricated aorta.On the contralateral sides were divided and sutured up in epineural fashion under operative microscope immediately with 11-0 traumatic sutures with no gap forming as control.At the end of 8 weeks,the sciatic nerves of 5 rats from each group were exposed and examined with histology and picture analysis.Result:The experiment shows that severed nerves repaired with a gap regeneration better than those repaired end-to-end directly.Conclusion: The optional length of gap for nerve regeneration are 3~5mm.
