冬小麦叶茎粒可溶性糖含量变化及其与籽粒淀粉积累的关系 被引量:82

Changes of Soluble Sugar Contents in Leaf, Stem and Grain in Winter Wheat and Its Relationship with Grain Starch Accumulation

摘要 在池栽条件下研究了鲁麦 2 2和鲁麦 14两个冬小麦品种旗叶、倒二茎、籽粒糖含量及籽粒淀粉积累速率的变化。结果表明 ,小麦叶片可溶性糖和蔗糖含量在开花后 15~ 2 0 d出现高峰 ;茎可溶性总糖、蔗糖和果聚糖含量变化呈单峰曲线 ,最高含量亦出现在花后 15~ 2 0 d;而籽粒可溶性总糖和蔗糖含量在灌浆期呈下降趋势。花后 2 0 Sugar contents in the flag leaf, penult stem and grain, as well as grain starch accumulating rate of two winter wheat ( Triticum aestivum L.) cultivar, Lumai 22 and Lumai 14 were investigated in the experiment of pool culture. Peaks of total soluble sugar and sucrose contents in the flag leaf occurred at 15~20 days after anthesis. Contents of total soluble sugars, sucrose and fructosans in the penult stem presented single-peak curves, and their highest contents also occurred at 15~20 days after anthesis. Contents of total soluble sugars and sucrose in grain decreased during grain filling stage. Sugar contents in leaf, stem and grain were closely related with grain starch accumulation from 20 days after anthesis to maturity.
