摘要 体外循环术后经常伴有肺功能不全 ,体外循环被认为是急性呼吸窘迫综合征的高危因素。 Cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) is often followed by pulmonary dysfunction,and is also regarded as a high risk factor for development of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).This article reviewed the recent researches of the mechanisms of lung injury induced by CPB.
