摘要
目的 研究维生素A(VA)水平对孕期大鼠脂质过氧化及抗氧化系统的影响。 方法 健康雌性受孕SD大鼠 2 4只 ,按体重随机分为A(VA缺乏组 ) ,B(正常对照组 ) ,C(VA5倍剂量组 ) ,D(VA15倍剂量组 )四组。每组 6只 ,饲以实验合成饲料 ,实验期为合笼前两周至孕期第 19天。观察指标有血清和肝脏中VA含量、丙二醛 (MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。 结果 D组大鼠血清和肝脏中SOD活性明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,MDA含量显著升高 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 大剂量的VA摄入可使孕期大鼠SOD活性下降 ,脂质过氧化反应明显增强。而VA轻度及 5倍过量似对孕期大鼠脂质过氧化无影响。
Objective To study the influence of vitamin A level on lipid peroxidation and antioxidation system in Pregnant Rats . Methods 24 pregnant SD rats were divided randomly and equally into 4 groups according to the weight,i.e.,A(vitamin A deficiency group),B (control group).C(vitamin A 5 times dose group),D(vitamin A 15 times dose group).fed experimental diet.The experiment period was 2 weeks before gestation to the 19th day of pregnancy.Their serum and liver vitamin A,MDA and SOD were studied. Result In vitamin A 15 times dose group.the SOD activities of serum and liver decreased significantly(P<0.05),and MDA content of serum and liver increased markedly (P<0.05). Conclusion Large dose vitamin A results in decreaes of SOD activities and increase of lipid peroxidation.It seems that slight deficiency of vitamin A and 5 times dose didn't influence lipid peroxidation in pregnancy rats.
