母乳喂养与婴儿生长发育状况的调查

目的 了解在我院出生的婴儿 4个月内母乳喂养和生长发育状况。 方法 对 1998年 10～ 12月出生婴儿的母亲用直接询问法。 结果 满月婴儿、产后 4个月婴儿母乳喂养率分别为 76 .83%、6 5 .34 % (扣除医学指征母乳喂养率分别为 97.2 4%、82 .71% )。纯母乳喂养组、混合喂养组、人工喂养组出生～产后 4个月婴儿体重月均递增值分别为92 7.0 5、90 0 .88和 879.6 6g;身高月平均递增值分别为 3.34、3.45、3.39cm。 结论 母乳喂养组婴儿体重、身高递增值不低于人工喂养组。

Objective To study the relationship between breast-feeding and growth of baby in Shenzhen . Methods 505 deliveries occurring in our hospital from October 1 to December 31 in 1998 were evaluated in this study. Result The breast-feeding rate of the first month after birth was 76.85% (The breast-feeding rate was 97.24% besides medical reasons.). The breast-feeding rate of the first 4 months after birth was 65.34% (The breast-feeding rate was 82.71% besides medical reasons.).During the first 4 months the baby weight arerage increas monthy was 927.05 g ,900.88 g, 879.66 g for breast-feeding group、Mix-feeding group and Artificial-feeding group、respectively. The baby height monthly was 3.34 cm , 3.45 cm, 3.39 cm for breast-feeding group、Mix-feeding group and Artificial-feeding group respectively. Conclusion Breast-feeding was beneficial to baby growth and development. The increase of weight and height in breast feedinggroup was more higher than artificial group.
